    I co-founded this consumer marine IoT startup to take on Garmin and Raymarine with a sub-$300 connected hub for recreational boaters. I owned product, prototyping, and customer discovery.

    Highlight

    Demand was real, but the timing wasn't right for the hardware we needed. So we made the call to shut it down before sinking money into a production run.

    I ran product and design for this employee-handbook platform built for enterprise HR, joining as a designer and leading the function within a year.

    Redesigned the web app, built the design system from scratch, helped launch the Policies product line.

    Head of Customer Experience

    I ran customer experience for this video meeting-intelligence startup, building support and success from scratch as Head of CX. I treated it as a voice-of-the-customer engine, feeding what users told us straight into the product roadmap.

    Highlight

    Built the user-journey data pipeline underneath it, SQL out and reverse-ETL into the lifecycle-messaging platform, then the onboarding and activation sequences that ran on top.

    I was the execution arm of this Denver product consultancy: scope the problem, then build the solution. Product, design, marketing, lead-gen, whatever it took to ship for VC-backed startups.

    Highlight

    Designed and ran a campaign for a regional charter airline that sourced leads and mailed free plane tickets to executives, bringing in $500k in new memberships.

    I run this live AIS pipeline across the Pacific Northwest. It tracks vessels, works out their closest point of approach, and pings me on Telegram when something's worth a look. AISStream into Postgres/PostGIS, with the CPA evaluators on top.

  • Citadelle

    Trading-operations system

    I built my own trading-operations system for discretionary small-cap momentum. It keeps a research-vetted watchlist, builds a nightly price and signal history in Postgres, and sends me decision-grade Telegram alerts on a daily schedule. Python, running as a Fly.io daemon.
