Blissbook is an employee-handbook and policy platform for HR teams, with customers like DoorDash. I joined as the product designer and was promoted to Head of Product & Design within a year, the sole product-and-design person alongside a small engineering team. I owned the roadmap and designed every feature.

Blissbook had an aging UX sitting on an almost ten-year-old codebase, so this was a nip-and-tuck operation: keep the product feeling fresh and modern without tearing it down and starting over. I went after the quick wins with the biggest impact, visually reorganizing bloated menus and leaning on the data to see which flows people were actually taking, then restructuring around them. Alongside that I built a design system from scratch, so the whole thing finally spoke one language.

From there I helped take a new product line, Policies, from concept to launch, and rebuilt the analytics dashboards HR managers actually used to make decisions.
